  • Grapes: Corvina Veronese, Rondinella

  • Soil: medium mixture, moraine origin, calcareous/clayey and stony

  • Yield: 150 q.li/Ha

  • Soft pressing, vinification in red “a cappello sommerso” at controlled temperature (18- 20°C). Conservation in thermo conditioned stainless steel tanks. Bottled in sterile line with Cork vacuuming system.

  • Colour: light purple red

  • Bouquet: fruity notes, red wild berries, cherry

  • Taste: well balanced with smooth aftertaste

  • Alcohol content: 11% vol

  • Net dry extract: 17 g/l

  • Reducer sugars: 8 g/l

  • Total acidity: 5,3 g/l

  • Total sulphites: 90-110 mg/l

Great with starters, light first and second courses

Service notes: served at 16-18°C
