Short contact on the skin. Soft pressing, fermentation with control temperature (16-18°C). Conservation in thermo conditioned steel tanks. Short passage in barrique. Bottled in sterile line with Cork vacuuming system.

Parfum: complex and mineral with citrus notes and ripe fruit

Taste: ripe fruit sensation, soft with an excellence balance of the acidity. A short passage in barrique helps having an aumentation for the structure and gift an intense and prolonged final.
