Short contact on the skin. Soft pressing, fermentation with control temperature (16-18°C). Conservation in thermo conditioned steel tanks. Short passage in barrique. Bottled in sterile line with Cork vacuuming system.

  • Colour: intense straw yellow

  • Parfum: complex and mineral with citrus notes and ripe fruit

  • Taste: ripe fruit sensation, soft with an excellence balance of the acidity. A short passage in barrique helps having an aumentation for the structure and gift an intense and prolonged final.

  • Alcohol content: 13,5% vol

  • Net dry extract: 23 g/l

  • Reducing sugars: 6 g/l

  • Total acidity: 5.2 g/l

  • Total sulfur dioxide: 90/110 mg/l

Excellent to pair with “Risotti” and “Tortellini”. Second courses of both freshwater and fish salty. It also goes well with fried fish and vegetables.

Serving notes: serve at 10-12°C
